You don't have an AI problem. You have a where do we start problem.
Most organizations we meet have already tried AI. Someone bought a subscription, a few people use it, and nothing much changed. PriorAIty helps you find where AI genuinely pays off in your business, in what order to do it, and what has to be true before any of it will stick.
Why this usually stalls
Almost every organization we work with has hit one of these.
Tools without direction
You bought licenses. Adoption is uneven and nobody can say what changed.
Nobody owns it
AI is everyone's idea and no one's job, so it never gets past the enthusiasm stage.
Rules nobody wrote
Staff are using AI already — on personal accounts, with company information, because no one told them what was allowed.
No way to tell if it's working
"It saves time" is not a metric, and leadership knows it.
None of these are technology problems. That is why buying more technology has not fixed them.
How we work
Five steps. You can stop after any of them.
- Step 1
AI Discovery Session
Is there anything here worth pursuing?
- Timeline
- 60–90 minutes
- Investment

- Step 2
AI Readiness Assessment
Where does AI pay off, and what has to be true first?
- Timeline
- 2–4 weeks
- Investment
- $1,500 – $3,000
- Step 3
AI Roadmap
In what order, on what schedule, measured how?
- Timeline
- 2–3 weeks
- Investment
- $2,500 – $7,500
- Step 4
Implementation
Who builds it and trains our people?
- Timeline
- Project-based
- Investment
- Custom
- Step 5
Fractional AI Advisor
Who keeps this working as the technology moves?
- Timeline
- Monthly
- Investment
- $750 – $5,000+/mo
Every step is self-contained. You will finish each one able to act on it without us — and we will tell you when we think you should.
We train your people. If you'd like, we'll assess where AI makes the most sense. Then we'll build your roadmap. Then we'll help implement it. Then we'll stay alongside your team.
How we're different
Diagnosis first. Honesty throughout.
We start small on purpose.
Ninety minutes and a few hundred dollars, before anyone commits to anything. If it turns out you don't need us, you will have paid for a useful conversation and three recommendations you can act on Monday.
We diagnose before we prescribe.
The Readiness Assessment is deliberately not implementation. It is the inspection you do before you commit — and you are free to take the findings and act on them yourself.
We tell you when to stop.
A meaningful share of the organizations we run Discovery Sessions with are told, honestly, that they are not ready for the next step. That is the most valuable thing we can say when it is true.
We are training people first.
Every recommendation assumes your team has to actually use this. That is a different starting point than a consultancy that hands you a strategy deck and leaves.
Who we work with
This tends to fit best when…
- →Organizations from roughly 10 to a few hundred employees
- →Leadership that is curious but does not want to be sold to
- →Businesses where a lot of work is still done by hand, in documents, or in someone's head
- →Teams that have tried AI and want it to actually stick this time
Start with a conversation.
A Discovery Session is 60–90 minutes with your leadership team. You will leave with a written summary, three recommendations you can act on immediately, and an honest view on whether going further makes sense.
