← How We Work

Step 2 of 5

The inspection you do before you commit.

You wouldn't buy a building without an inspection. You're considering real money and real staff time on AI. This tells you exactly what's there.

The framing

An AI Readiness Assessment is a diagnosis, not a treatment.

Over two to four weeks we look at how work actually gets done in your organization, where AI would produce real value, what is standing in the way, and what has to be true before any of it will stick.

We are not installing anything, buying anything, or changing any process. You will finish this knowing exactly what to do — and you're free to do it yourselves, with us, or with anyone else.

What we do

  • Leadership interviews

Executive team, department heads, and the people already using AI well.

  • Workflow review

Department by department: repetitive tasks, manual processes, reporting, meetings, documentation, customer communication, data entry.

  • AI usage inventory

What's in use, who's paying, what data it touches — including the tools nobody approved.

  • Employee survey

Anonymous, eight minutes. This is the part leadership cannot get any other way.

  • Risk and governance review

Security, privacy, accuracy, shadow AI, licensing, and policy gaps.

What you receive

  • Executive Summary

Four pages. If your CEO reads nothing else, this is it.

  • AI Maturity Score

Where you stand across six dimensions, scored against a published rubric.

  • Department Opportunity Matrix

Every opportunity we found, scored by impact and feasibility, in a priority order you can defend.

  • Recommended Quick Wins

The five things worth doing in the first 30 days, with named owners.

  • Risk and Governance Review

What needs attention, and how urgently.

  • Adoption Barrier Analysis

What your own people said is stopping them.

  • Recommended Next Steps

An honest view on where to go from here.

  • Findings Presentation

90 minutes with your leadership team.
