Step 5 of 5
The goal is that you stop needing me.
For organizations big enough that outside training doesn't scale — I hand over the curriculum, the materials, and the facilitation skills to run this yourselves.

Who this is for
Organizations with enough people, locations, or turnover that flying in a trainer forever stops making sense. Usually there's already an L&D function, or a few internal champions who've become the unofficial AI people.
This turns those people into capable trainers with real material behind them.
What gets handed over
Full curriculum
Session plans, exercises, and timing — everything I use, adapted to your organization.
Facilitation coaching
How to run a room with skeptics in it, handle the questions that derail sessions, and keep hands-on work moving.
Participant materials
Handouts, prompt libraries, and follow-up resources, branded to you.
Co-delivery
Your trainers run sessions with me in the room first, then on their own with feedback after.
A maintenance plan
These tools change constantly. You get a process for keeping the material current, not a frozen deck.
The honest part
Most organizations don't need this, and I'll tell you if yours doesn't. It only pays off at a certain size — below that, bringing me in a few times a year is cheaper and better.
