If you're new here — hi. I'm Hank. I train and consult on AI for a living, and PriorAIty is the home base I've been meaning to build for a while.

The plan for this blog is simple: one short read a week, focused on what's actually working (and what isn't) when I help teams use AI in their day-to-day work.

The one idea I keep coming back to

Every team I talk to wants "an AI strategy." Almost none of them need one yet.

What they need is to pick one workflow, get five people good at it, and measure the result. That's it. That's the whole first move. Strategy comes after you've earned a little muscle memory, not before.
